Not something I can air in public, but things are being done, slowly but surely from more than one source to put pressure on people at xxx to make the refunds. In the meantime, as a backup plan, if you are American, go to the consulate and speak with Andrew Veprek. If you used Visa to pay, file a dispute. People are already recieving credits on their statements.
