90 Day Report

Featured Replies

Recently exiting Thailand via Phuket, the immigration officer took my part of the 90 day report form, showing when my next report was due, and attached it to the departure card. I questioned this at the office. The officer said that the 90 day report is reset when I return to Thailand. Whilst I agree, the immigration in Samui insist that you follow their date, irrispective of whether you left the Country or not. What is correct, and where can the 'rules' be found?

The ninety days start again when you return.

Its simple after being in Thailand 90 days, you have to report your address to immigration and then every 90 days after that, while you remain.
