Digitalbanana Posted October 21, 2010 Share Posted October 21, 2010 Did anyone see the ICT Minister interview on TAN TV network last night - it could have been a repeat? I cannot find a reference or transcript of it on the web, but my first impressions were of incredulity. If I heard correctly more than half the Thai population already was using 3G from the 2 year trail phases of True, AIS and DTAC so there wasn't a problem! In mean time TOT and CAT have been given a "god given" (his words) chance to catch up and establish competitive services of their own!!
