Hunger pains at 4 am ,why
Personally, I don't think it's good to eat anything at all close to bedtime, at least 3 hours before sleep. Maybe 5 or 6 hours before sleep is even better. But meals during the day need to be high protein so won't feel hungry in the evening or during sleep. -

No one was strapped down and forced to receive a COVID shot, but there were consequences for refusing. Over 8,000 U.S. service members were discharged for refusing. In January of 2023 the DOD rescinded the mandatory vaccine order because of a drastic drop in recruitment. Only 43 former members decided to rejoin the service. -

Sure sounds like terrorism now. I guess the only silver lining is that it wasn't domestic terrorism from maga or anti maga. I also see that the profiles in discourage mercenary mayor there had wanted to let the Sugar Bowl happen the same day but it was then cancelled for one day. -

I missed that. Yes, possession definitely does go too far. I don't think legally they can even enforce that. -
