If I put someone on ignore, I can still see their posts except when I'm actually posting and then it says that I have the person on ignore, but I have already seen their post, so it is too late.

Also, when I click the button to ignore PMs, rather than posts, I still get PMs from the member that I am trying to ignore and they are sometimes threatening.

Another thing I would like to comment on is not being allowed to highlight the part of a quote that I am addressing by using italics or bold type. I was informed that it violates the rule against altering a quote and given a warning, but it does not change the meaning and makes it easier for readers to see the part of the quote that is being referred to.

One can just delete the rest of the quote, but then some members complain that the quote is out of context. Would it be possible to alter the rule a little so that highlighting is not a violation?

I have a bad habit of responding to them and I need no further temptations to violate any rules. :D

Ahh yes now I see your dilemma......turn the other cheek?.....<deleted>! B)

Not sure if this will help, but i will give it a try: Ulysses the "ignore" function doesn't work with your own posts, you must stop eating those tick pizzas, they are bad for you :D
