Original info from a friend who lives about 5 minutes from Sam Koke Immigration, he did the "sand bag" walk there last week for his 90-day report. Yesterday need the "address verification" for a new driving permit, so had to track down their temp office, which he did. He then posted the note below.

If any of you have a need to visit the Pathumthani Immigration office in the immediate future be advised that they are operating out of temporary quarters. The ground floor of San Carlos Hospital.

Come from Rangsit toward Pathum, at the Bang Phun Intersection, "T" intersection with Tiwanon Rd, the San Carlos Hospital will be right in front of you.

Best to call and check before making the trip. 02 593 1991.

Does anyone know the hours? I just called to confirm that the Immigration Office is indeed still at St. Carlos on Nov.-4-2010 but forgot to ask the hours and now they are not answering the telephone.

If no answer I would guess 0830-12 and 13-1630 which seems to be about normal for most government offices. Do not believe there would be more than a 30 minute variance at start or end.

My friend who lives 5 min from Sam Koke Immigration office drove by there this morning. Best to phone to see if they're open at the old location or still at the San Carlos Hospital.
