Please be aware of an Englishman in Chiang Mai selling websites on Business Opportunity for 20 thousand Baht he is a crook .

He will not finish your site and demands to be payed before finishing the job.

Thailand classifieds should take him of there site and stop any more people being scammed.

That sounds like someone familiar, did he want payment by PayPal by any chance. :)
