Poor people living there have no advantage of being looked after. That's why they are 4th World country, while we are 3rd ! Learn and feel the difference.... Actually, the west side of Phuket from Nai Harn to Surin (not sure) and east to Central Festival has it on the 850 MHz band, but not on the 2.1 GHz band.
