Dr Bike Bangkok and DBigBike in Nakon Pathom would both have them. They specialize in cruisers.

If you live near Phetkasem there is a Phantom shop just past soi 7 on the left. I did find a website once but it alludes me today.

The beauty of the phantom is you can take it to any Somchai mechanic shop and get any parts or work done without a fuss.
