November 1, 201015 yr See on Phetchakasem billboards,24 hours emergency call 1719 Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin,someone experience?
November 1, 201015 yr The emergency room and services should be open now, if not, within the next few days; including two state of the art ambulances with equipment and staff capable of dealing with serious injuries or problems such as stroke or heart attack and equipped to be able to transport to Bangkok if necessary. The Doctor in charge of the facility at the moment has said that clinics, out patient facilities, surgical facilities, etc. will be opening a few at a time over the coming months as they import equipment and staff (from Bangkok). This has been long needed in Hua Hin and has been one of my biggest worries as I age... very good news indeed!
November 1, 201015 yr Author Age too ,gives good feeling in case need...... a good ambulance INDEED is coming !
November 2, 201015 yr Thanks for the picture, but where is it located? It is located on Petchkasem Road just south of soi 94, i.e. on the right hand side when traveling south bound.
November 3, 201015 yr Looks nice - but it will probably be very expensive as with all the other Bangkok Hospitals.
November 3, 201015 yr Maybe expensive to what we have in Hua Hin now. But the quality we have now is poor. Compared to USA price will be quite reasonable. Doc
November 20, 201015 yr Hope its cheaper than Pattaya, a friend went in not feeling to good, he left 7 days later, 77,000 baht lighter in his pocket, he is back in again now. That works out to 234 pounds a day sterlin @47 baht to the pound. Is that good value.
