November 2, 201015 yr Hi I am trying to find out if its possible to apply for a new Non Imm B Visa (employment), 90 days, for European National from Thai Embassy in Manila. I have looked at the Embassy website but its list no information on visa'a or documents required. Wondering if anyone has any recent information of the Embassy in Manila. Do they issue Non B and if so any special documents required other than the standard list. Thanks in advance.
November 2, 201015 yr Manila is not known for being a friendly embassy. If you happen to be there then by all means try you application and report back, but I wouldn't go on a special trip. Many more places that are likely to actually issue a visa. "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
November 2, 201015 yr As said, try but be prepared to travel to a neighbouring country of Thailand first and apply there for the visa, before coming to Thailand.
November 3, 201015 yr Apart from the usual company documents, they also require a pre-approved Work Permit a.k.a WP3 to be obtained from the Ministry of Labor. It takes them 2 business days to process the visa.
November 3, 201015 yr Author Thanks for the Feedback. Its not for myself, a friend wanted to know. I suggested Kl was a better bet.
