In past years I needed to get a stat dec from the embassy giving info on my pension In those days I needed to go to BKK to have my stat dec witnessed and stamp by the embassy. This year I'm required to get my visa from Phitsanolok. following my past routine this would mean a trip to BKK and then A trip to Phitsanolok.
