Featured Replies

Online Broker for UK National, resident in Thailand, trading all Xetra stocks (not just select few)... Can do? Anyone know/use?

Thanks.

Interactive Brokers my friend

If you speak german try DAB Bank www.dab-bank.de

Good rates and reliable online platform and market leader for individual investors. Even you reside in thailand you can open a account with them just send the requiered documents via registered mail

Only bad thing is that the website and menu is in german.

I Use them and I fell really satisfied

1. Thanks but IB only trade certain Xetra stock - not all. I use them - have checked.

2. Unfortunately can't speak German.

TD Waterhouse trade Xetra and will open an a/c for overseas residents - and their branch-off internaxx will probably work too (rates look pricey though).

Presumably you want an online trading platform then, so where you reside makes no difference, neither does nationality.

It also depends on what you whether you want DMA, how frequently you intend to trade them, and how you would like to trade i.e physical shares, CFDs, futures, options etc.

There are lots of brokers that can offer some or all of the above.

Afraid things aren't always so free and easy as that. Check and you will see... Not so sure about Nationality - but residence certainly can make a difference.
