SantiSuk
Have searched more widely than the title implies, but surprisingly no-one seems to have a good word to say. A couple of threads trying to get the same guidance a few years back seemed to draw a blank. I'm looking to buy a couple of off-plan condos so a decent lawyer is the first priority. Quality more important than fees (within reason). Thai and English speaking. PM me if you prefer - maybe sponsorship on this forum is the problem. [One thread amusingly suggested asking the developer/vendor for a recommendation. Naive or what?] Edited November 12, 2010 by SantiSuk
trogers
Off plan - a contract based on a promise. Why do you need a property lawyer? There is no property nor title deed, just some pretty brochures and a promise.

Ah, an oxymoron. Expect only replies -- from, er, trolls.
