Just got this from a number I don't recognise, anyone have any idea what it means?

My best guess is a misspelled address.

รองเมือง could be the name of an apartment building, soi or road.

Were you asking someone for directions?

It's probably just a wrong number, and the intended recipient had asked something like "What's the name of the building/street/whatever where you live?"

Could mean a number of things, but in any case it's inconsequential.
