I have 60k km. on my pickup and want to flush the radiator.

I dont imagine they have antifreeze/coolant here, (dont want antifreeze thats for sure).

What do they put in radiators?

We use anti-freeze/coolant. It is the same stuff. Good for 100,000 miles if it is a new vehicle. If it is a newer vehicle, check the owner's manual. You really don't need to flush it early, especially here with no winters. Don't use plain water, it boils too easily and it will introduce rust in the system.

The coolant is there for good reason, it lubricates the water pump but more importantly stop corrosion of the alloy engine parts that it is contact with. There should be no need to flush the system just drain and replace coolant.
