Help Me Please, I Cannot Find The O2, Germany Email

Featured Replies

Just a short request for doing me favor due to I cannot read Deutsche..

I am looking for the O2 in Germany's email..

As known, there is its department called "Service and Complaints Department" for making ease of clients' pains.

I was unsatisfied with the staff's services when last year I bought a phone in Germany...

So far, problem is unfixed.. so I need some better advices from the higher level staff of its company.

Have looked in www.o2online.de and also www.o2.com already. Yes, it has English version..

But I have too few patience after more half an hour looing for its email..

Anybody kindly help me... please...

Really appreciated...:D:emot-kiss: :jap:

Hi,

Well the email adress is "embedded" , meaning you have to click on all the details on the contact form to send a message. This is their postal address,

Telefónica O2 Germany GmbH & Co. OHG

Customer Service

90 345 Nürnberg

But the easiest way for you to contact them by email is to install Google toolbar and then go to their German website, you already have the address, and then Google will ask if you want to translate the webpage, if you do that you will soon be able to follow the contact links in English. You can also get it to translate into other languages but that can make the translation less reliable. Good luck.

Sorry!
