RBSC is a very private club indeed. The waiting list is so long that I think it has been officially closed now. I'd be very surprised if there was any basis on which RBSC facilities are open to non-members (other than as guests of members, of course).

I found out it's called Sivalai Spa, and the website seems to indicate that it's open to the public.

So no one out there familiar with it?

Below is a summary of the relevant Byelaws of teh Royal Bangkok Sports Club:

The facilities of the R.B.S.C. are open only to Members, Ladies Privileges, their families and entitled guests introduced by a full Member (i.e. Ladies Privileges and children of Members may not introduce Guests).

Persons living in Thailand, irespective of official Residence Status may not be introduced as Guests except to Lunch.
