Rimmer Posted November 22, 2010 Share Posted November 22, 2010 Loy Krathong Enjoyed By All In Pattaya and Jomtien PATTAYA: -- The Loy Krathong festive celebrations went off without incident this year and a good time was reportedly had by all on Nov21, even though the use of fireworks had been banned. Pattaya, 22 November 2010, [PDN]: At 7.30pm, yesterday evening, Pattaya and Jomtien Beaches were crowded with tourists and local residents who came to the sea to celebrate with their families and friends. Some of them brought home-made krathongs (the rafts to be floated) from their homes to launch into the sea, simultaneously praying to the Water Goddess.
