I just got back from my second visit to Thailand last week. I bought some really beautiful dresses just from beach markets at Patong and Koh Samui. Really nice maxi dresses with beading etc.

I would love to start a little shop where i live in Australia and want to know where do the markets get there clothing from? Can I get it online? I am not looking for knock off brands. I have found wholesalers in Thailand but none with the clothes i found in the markets. Any help will be great.

pratunam market in bangkok, open all day till about 9.30ish, also plenty of shipping companys in the area.

At one end of KSR, I saw a shop that were selling the kind of stuff you're looking for, and the customers were just like you, buying a few size of each model to resell abroad. I saw also in Chatuchak market many foreigners buying fashion accessories and other similar stuff to resell.

On line you should try ebay. A friend of us was doing this kind of business and it was doing quite well. But she got bored and now has opened a cake shop ....
