One of my friend wants to get Double entry Tourist Visa.

Have heard of Savannakhet doing them too.

Phnom penh free of charge,you can go yourself but have to show airplane tickets(out of thailand within 6 months) and have to wait 3 days to collect your passport,can only collect next day when pay 20$;very cheap guesthouses
