says a 1.000,000 bht goverment bond ,paying a fixed interest rate,

is being considered to replace the 800,000 bht , currently reqd by foreigners, living in LOS.

those in possesesion of such a goverment bond , would find it easier to buy/own a car,

but unfortunately not a house , suprise suprise .
