I did run in lumpini park before, 14 years ago, at that time, I went up tot one of the bahtrooms, changed my cloth, leave a plastic bag with my cloth there, like many people did, when I finished I washed myself, changed cloth, pay ( that time 5 baht ) and left, I did that for many years, and think that something like that is still possible.
