Most 7-Eleven stores sell 30 baht booklets of 10 each 3 baht stamps. Many 7-Eleven stores in tourist areas also have 150 baht booklets containing 10 each 15 baht stamps.

There are many Post Office Shops (like a fancy licensed post office)in the Bangkok area which open much longer hours than a regular post office. They are also open on Saturday and Sundays and holidays. They accept packages and offer all of the services of a regular post office. There was a post office in the basement of Central World Plaza - before the fire - that operated like a post office shop. I don't know if they have re-opened yet or not. There is a post ofice shop behind the Bangkok Bank across from Central World Plaza, one in ChamChree Square (3rd floor) in Sam Yan, one in Robinson Ratchadapisek in the basement near Tops supermarket. one in a Pharmacy in the Huai Khwang Market area, plus a lot of others that I cannot recall at this time.

Hope this helps
