Hi kkgg, I think you will only have a few people who complete your survey because it seems to be aimed only at disabled tourists, not 'able-bodied' expats. Perhaps it would also be good to ask for comments from those of us who live full-time in Thailand, and perhaps are not disabled.

From my own personal experiences, I can add a few comments relevant to Phuket:

- I built my own hotel to ADA guidelines, so it is very accessible for tourists - PM me for more details

- I did a survey about 3 years ago of wheelchair access to the bars in Bangla Road, Patong, and this information is online. PM me for the URL link
