1st of all I'm new to the forum, so hi to everyone. I was born and bred here in Thailand. Despite never having studied,lived, or worked abroad, I've never truly explored Bangkok - what a shame. I tend to coop up in my house for weeks & months, which is not healthy.

SO I've decided to finally explore Bangkok but I don't want to do it alone. Everyone is welcome to join, but I must limit each 'exploration' to 2-3 people at a time, preferably 2-3 people who have never met - I don't want to be robbed or worse, so please understand. I have a car so you will enjoy the luxury (or the pain) of my poor driving skill, but not to worry, my car has an insurance (I used to crash 4 times/a month when I was working in Abdulrahim).

I think my post is getting too long now. Tell me if you're interested, I don't wanna be cooped up at home no more-- Be open-minded and tolerant, no right wing nutjobs please!

PS. Basically I've posted this to a few forums, but I figured this one is the most active.

I've always wanted to explore BKK by car...but after driving around town a few times, not sure I would be up for it! Wifey and I get into huge arguments every time we try. I just love her help. I think a GPS would be a fantastic thing to have.
