A Norweigian lives near me, but has trouble understanding the visa system. I then have trouble understanding him. Is there any Norweigian forums out there that he can join to gain the information that he requires ?

You or your friend are going to have to try and do a search on the internet yourselves to find a forum of this nature. Due to ThaiVisa rule:
