I have a very big problem, I need to apply for a Non-B visa as and I only have a little less than two weeks. I planned on going to Laos;He told me not to bother going if I didn't have a W.P3 form..

I've researched for over 24 hours to understand what exactly this "W.P3" document is... I've found out that it's basically a receipt that is given to your employer after they apply for a work permit.

One of the supporting documents when submitting the W.P3 document is a teachers licence. I have all of the documents except for a teachers licence. Do I need this to submit the W.P3 as again it's listed as one of the supporting documents.

My question(s) are...

Do I need the teachers licence when submitting the W.P3 form? If yes how can I get one/where/cost/website(s)? If I do not need the teachers licence how do I submit the documents without it etc etc.

Additional information:

The travel service I want to use has been doing this for a very long time. I also have known of the owner for about two years so I believe what he is saying is 100% correct as far as what documents I'll need.He uses Vientiane Laos Embassy to obtain the Non-B visa for his customers...Knowing that every embassy is different he says that the Vientiane Laos embassy wants this or they will deny your request.

I am really worried about how to get this receipt for submitting of the Work permit application as I don't have a teachers licence ....How can I get an exempt for or a temporary licence for the initial two years???

I am in dire need of helpful information as I have a limited number of days before I'll have to take the awful trip back to Cambodia to get another two weeks where then if I cannot get the Non-B visa without the W.P3 form then I'll have to go back to my country to get the Non-B and then apply for the work permit when I return..

Also my school(job place) was in the process of applying for my work permit this upcoming week (all the documents are signed and ready to go) and I didn't realize that my Visa expired a day before I actually went out of the country to extend it for an additional three months;(What had happened was the last time I went out of the country the immigration(place where you get your departure and entrance stamps) when coming back into Thailand gave me until December 3rd,2010 (the stamp I've always referenced when doing my Visa runs) when in fact I should have looked at the expiration date on the actual visa stamp that said December 2,2010 It has been now a year that I've been here in Thailand but had expected to get the additional 3 months on the Visa for a total of 15 months...The fact that I went a day late is I think the immigration's fault for giving me a stamp allowing me to stay in Thailand up until the 3rd when they should have did it until the 2nd and I would have simply went on the 2nd.Meaning now I will have to get a new Non-B and the one I had is expired and no longer valid.

If I must go to my country to get another Non-B ( I've had two visa's before so I'm positive I can get it and use a reliable "for sure" company.) so i know I'll get it for sure..but it's a huge hassle to have to go home, miss work for about two weeks(loss in pay) and have to pay what is going to be almost 2000 dollars for the visa, flight and everything included with having to get it out of the country.

Please help me understand what to do ... I'll work at a private university not a government school so I reference the requirements listed under that section.

I am aware of what the W.P3 looks like as well as the page that lists all supporting documents so I do not need links on those. I need to understand the W.p3 how can I get it without a teachers licence and or how can an exemption of some sort... I already have the certification from the ministry of education also listed as one of the supporting documents I just don't have "2.2" listed on the page. (teachers licence)
