I have a one year,multi entry, non O visa, 90 days are up in jan. Can I go to nong khai Imagration, fill out a TM-7 or do I have to go out of the country, Loa and back. Just for reference, my wife is thai, non O is spouse visa.

You have to leave the country and return with a visa to obtain a new 90 day stay.

If you can meet extension of stay requirements of 400k in bank account two months or 40k per month income proof an extension of stay can be obtained from immigration for a only year stay during the last 30 days of any non immigrant visa entry. That would require wife and normal bank/income proof and paperwork as described in posts about marriage extension of stay.

As said you have to leave and re enter to get another 90 days.

The 12 month extension would be a better option if you qualify.
