Boltd Posted December 16, 2010 Share Posted December 16, 2010 Hello, I've just picked up a new Ipad in Singapore and prior to giving it to my GF as a Christmas gift I would like to load some games. My issues is when I go to the apps store it requests a user name and password or create a new account. When I try to create a new account I get so far as to Submit but then the screen becomes cloudy and just hangs, When I tap the screen it opens a window asking if I want to cancel the creation of the new account. then it hangs for hours My internet connection is fine am I doing something wrong cheers, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Somtamnication Posted December 16, 2010 Share Posted December 16, 2010 You did not mention what OS you are using. I would reboot the machine and see if it still does it. If it does, uninstall Itunes and reinstall and see what happens. Sign on to a USA or UK account, so there are no restrictions. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
