Sunless Tanning

Featured Replies

For everyone out there with pale white skin like me, and who came here to take it easy and ended up working even harder than in your home Country, Bangkok now has spray tanning available. I heard about it through a friend and was lucky enough to be one of the first demo persons. I have to admit, it is much better than I expected. The color is even and not orange and the products for after tan care is very nice. I have had it now for 10 days and it still looks great. Let's face it, those of us that live in condos with swimming pools, very rarely use it. We are caught up in our work and night life. Most of us don't take time to go to the beach. My girlfriend quite likes it and somehow, I do look a bit more healthy. - anyway, pretty cool, nice people, ( Australian and Thai) and something fun to do in Bangkok in the day. I heard they will have packages so you can maintain your tan. All in all it took about 30 minutes. These guys are opening in Thonglo soon next to the BTS station and said they will have tanning salons in Phuket, Samui, and Pattaya also and have some beach products, swimwear and beach gear. Oh and an interesting note I overheard is, they will also be doing whitening for Thais, though this process takes quite a bit more work. HAHA! I think these guys are opening January, but if you need a tan before that, I will try to get the contact number and post it later. Nice to see a fellow Expat find a crack to do something new in town. Cheers!

Thai people like white falangs.

I don't think we have to do everything Thai people like. We should do what we like as well. I have been here a long time, the response has been normal and positive without anyone knowing it was a spray tan. Just Thai's mentioning that I look good! haha Anyway, just a friendly post. Have a good day.

:)

so nice of OP to register just to tell us about his random experience, no doubt he has no business interest in the establishment and is just really excited. :whistling:

Actually I posted this because I was looking for this service on THAIVISA several months ago and did a search on here as a non member. There were other members also looking for spray tanning in Bkk as well. Today I had some free time to join and post a reply simply to be helpful. I was under the impression that this is what this web board was all about. Think what you will.

This seems like a poor business model. Sunlight is free and tans are easy to get by the VERY limited number of people looking for a tan in Thailand,

The smart guy would have figured how to spray on white color to darker skinned people :)

Actually, this group is also doing skin whitening treatments and products from what I understand. And about the business model, most of the busiest spray tanning operations abroad are in beach cities.

Wow you can now place ads on Thai Visa for free, I didn't know that... :)

I don't care... I'm glad he mentioned it as I've been looking for something like this for a while - I need a little colour to look healthier but have not found the time to sit in the sun much this year.

The Op hasn't mentioned the business name and is therefor not advertising, but perhaps providing like minded people with some useful information.

Thanks OP: And forget about the typical suspects responding bitterly, they have nothing better to do.

My uncle went open a Swensen franchise in Greenland. You know how he finish...

Have your "friend" contact our sales department if he wishes to advertise further.
