Young Thai guy 17 years old,motorcycle accident (what else) utterly crippled,brain damaged too, needs a way of getting out and about.

Just sat in a fixed chair for 2 to 3 years now and cannot get state aid for 5 years,just a thought if anyone knows of one please get in touch.
