Thinking of opening a restaurant and not sure of a profitable menu?

Pizza is a good low cost option that is desirable for Falang and Thai.

I am looking to work with parties interested in opening and running their own shop.

I can build you a Brick oven and train you and your staff to make pizza from start to finish.

What we I'm offering: build the oven, oven operation training, pizza receipts, suppliers, making cheese, making the pizza and training the staff.

Anyone know the best way advertise this idea?

IMHO, a good pizza is far from being a 'low cost' kind of food.

Good flour is expensive.

Also a simple mozzarella cheese is not so cheap (not less than 300 baht/kg)

Tomato sauce (thai or Italian) is not so cheap.

Olive oil, topping, salami, etc are priced too.
