Anyone have any idea is Pelargonium citronella (also known as Mosquito Plant) available in Thailand?

If you are in Chiang Mai , they have it at Kamthieng plant market

If you are down South I think its too hot. :(

I'm in Chiangmai and interested in buying this. Please give me a pointer as to where in Kamtieng - and maybe a thai name for it, assuming that will be helpful in pinning this down as I have no idea what the plant looks like!
