Does anyone know if a king size mattress in Thailand is identical in size to a king size mattress in the USA? what about queen size? thanks!

Not sure, but I think its pretty standard.

My wife has a company that is a forum sponser, selling natural latex mattresses and her sizes are;

King - 180cm width

Queen - 150cm width

Twin - 110cm width

No, they are not the same size. Thailand King is significantly smaller as anyone who has slept in one will attest.

US Standard: King--76 x 80 inches (or 198 x 203 cm)

Thailand: King-- 72 x 78 inches (or 183 x 198 cm)
