cmsally
Is it in Northen Thailand? I've seen similar ground orchids, described as Dok Euang Phrao. They have narrow but fairly large/long , ribbed leaves at the bottom.

sbk
The flower looks like it could be a pitcher plant to me but not sure about the leaves. Is it a swampy area?
hmj
Eulophia graminea Your plant is a terrestrial orchid called Eulophia graminea. It can be found all over Thailand. In nature this plant does not have leaves (it has dropped them) when it flowers. Just above ground or just below ground you will find the pseudobulbs which sprout the inflorescence. If you like to see other images of this species, Google for orchidsonline.com.au and type Eulophia graminea in the search box.
