ronigere
RON BRIT,OVER60. I read quite often about and I quote ,if you are supporting a Thai? What does this mean.that you live with some one and support her child???
aletta
In relation to visa and visa extentions it refers to providing financial support to a Thai wife.
lopburi3
In visa extension of stay it is normally supporting a Thai wife (legal marriage and you are providing her support as evidenced by 400k in local bank account) etc. It could be support of your legal Thai child also but that is much less common. It does not mean you are living with someone and supporting her child.
aletta
lop,do you know of anyone who is extending their yearly visa on the basis of supporting a Thai child and not a wife?
lopburi3
I believe a number of members here are doing that. You have to have legal custody and they have explained the long process to obtain the required paperwork.
