Treaty Of Amity Business Owners

Any owners of Treaty of Amity Businesses or others who may be applying for Amity status, Senator Bill Nelson of Florida would like to hear from you. Senator Nelson is a member of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

Senator Nelson's office would like information on your experience registering your Treaty of Amity business and your experience obtaining a work permit and visa. Specifically his office would like to hear about:

1. Any geographic and/or other limitations on your work permit.

2. Any requirement to pay yourself a specific salary in order to obtain a work permit and/or visa.

3. Any requirement to hire and employ a specific number of Thai workers in order to obtain a work permit and/or visa.
