Has anyone had any experience with the Sukothai open university in Thailand.? Ive been looking at their BA in Education (purely for use in Thailand, I am a teacher)

LOL . . . why even go to the trouble of producing a page in English if they don't teach in English? Why not just do it in French, or Chinese, or whatever?
