Non-Immigrant O

[help]

I plan to accompany my friend to switch from tourist visa to non-immigrant O in Bangkok. But, got some questions.

1. Besides 800,000 Baht which was just in the bank yesterday, what else does he need to prepare? e.g. photo??

2. Will he be able to finish the 90-days non-imm O on the same day or need to wait for the next day to pick up his passport?

2,000 baht, photo copies of passport/visa/arrival card/tm.87/4x6cm photo/copies of financial proof. It should be completed on same day in Bangkok
