maccaroni man
i had a company for about 10 yrs and closed it a couple years ago, we were tired of paying the accountant fees and taxes on an inactive business. So this time i want to open the business myself as an American and take advantage of the special agreements the Thais and USA have. I would like to know how to get started. Where do i go to get the papers, and what article number do i use as a refrence for an American owned business? I have no immediate time line so I am willing to take as much time as is required and i will be as patient as needed to see this task through so any and all advice/help is greatly appriciated. thanks mm
