How To Transfer Sons Name From Problematic Ex'S "House Book"

Featured Replies

I can't really explain everything shortly.. if you need me to fill out the story with furter information just tell me.

My TGF and I are about to move to another city. We have stayed together for 2 years and she has a son with an ex thai dude. The son have stayed at her mothers house the whole time but both my TGF and her son are still in her ex thai boyfriends house book.

He has been harassing us quite a bit during the years and she has changed her phone number more than one time. He has not seen his son in a couple of years and my guess is that he doesn't care. BUT now he wants to f..k with us again and he refuses to sign any paper so we can transfer her son away from his house book. Question is: Is it possible to make this move without his signature?

My TGF called her ex's father who is some kind of "high" official in his village. He says that he will make his son sign IF my gf and her mother give their votes to him in some kind of election soon.. (add some more dirty tricks into the situation)

Second question: Can we move to the new city and register her son in a school without the fathers approval?

I could of course go directly to a lawyer and ask these questions.. but I wan't to gather some more information first - and ask my peers for advise.

Who ever is looking after her son, her Mam as you say, can sign him over so to speak , that is they can give you writen permision to take the child , I have been told this from my Thai wife who had a simular problem with her children, when she meet me.
