Call me stoopid, but I've looked everywhere and can not find out how to make a green (good) or red (bad) "comment" on posters.

Someone please clue me in.....

Hmmm, so how come I have under "Reputation" all green reports? Are we talking about the same thing here? I see one of my favorite posters (not) has quite a few hundred red marks and few green (tenacious devil, gotta give him that).
