SoloFlyer
Hi guys, I finally crossed over and got an iPhone. I reluctantly installed iToones (no choice??) and got everything up and running fairly seamlessly. But dam_n has it slowed down my (windows7) notebook. Just changing tabs in firefox now takes seconds. I presume this is common. Is there anything that can be done? I just increased my ram before the install, and that is now maxed out. I'm almost due for a windows re-install anyway. When that comes around, is there any options that will make the system run smoother?? Or, does one have to go the whole hog and get a mac? negreanu
not common. Best thing you could do is get a mac For numerous reasons not just your issue.
negreanu
its possible itunes is downloading album artwork or processing your music library in the background that is why its slow.

MKAsok
Something is noticeably slowing down the computer since i got the phone (2 days). Why don't you look in resource monitor and see what that "something" is that's causing the issue?
nullx8
Probably the itunes deamon prep. The database but this should not take too long, maybe some service scewed up. A mac will fix this issue forever, thats for sure
