Wood Fired Handcrafted " Bread "

Here at Snowdon Hall I am finding there is a demand for home made bread.

I would like to offer a service of supplying fresh baked bread in Ban Phai , the bread is made by myself and fired in my wood oven dubded "The Rocket MK11 " , although I can do only small batches at a time I feel can do enough to supply the local farang population , what I am contemplating is bringing the bread into Ban Phai ( which is only 15 minutes away ) say 3 times a week , for those bread starved farangs that need " real tasting bread " let me know if youre interested , once you have tried it I,m sure you will want more .................ps the Smoked Bacon is wonderful.
