ysamui Posted January 21, 2011 Share Posted January 21, 2011 Australia Day is looming, only 6 days to go. I need to confess that I am an Australian, albeit an older one... lol. During the Christmas and New Year period i was shocked by the behaviour of many young Aussies in Samui. I had always believed that the rough and ready Aussie tourist belief was totally exaggerated. WOW!!!.. was i wrong!! Both of the sexes behaved in the most vulgar, rude and drunken ways i have ever seen. They treated Thailand, it's people and anyone in sight in ways that made me ashamed of my birthplace.
