When could you submit your Indefinite leave to remain application if your Wife has taken the Esol Courses instead of the Life in the UK test. Can it be submitted as soon as they are acquired.or is there a time limit, My wife has been in the UK for the last16 months.

She does not qualify for ILR until she has been in the UK for at least 24 months if she entered on a spouse visa or at least 24 months after receiving FLR if she entered on a fiance visa.

She can submit the application up to 28 days before the qualifying date.
