Rigger Posted September 1, 2005 Share Posted September 1, 2005 Some people have just contacted my wife about buying some land 27ria of rice land about 3 km out from a small village in Nongbaulampu it,s on a dirt road no power or water and they want 22,000bht a ria is this a fair price ?? it is a lot cheaper than the last batch of land sellers that came around. And if I did buy it what else could I do with A build a moto x track B dig a few dams and put some fish in it for a bit RR C continue to grow rice D try growing some thing different E just forget it and by a new motor bike with the money Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Otherwise consider rubber (see other threads). Do not consider palm oil (wrong climate / soil). Price sounds good / right. I would have to imploye someone to stay there at night. Thought I had probably had enough beer for the night. The others seem to be when you go from great road to nothing, that makes for very interesting dirt riding on a street machine.
