Sulphuric acid is probably the least of your worries, it's the other ingredients that are controlled substances and hard to find.

Not sure what your needs are but if you are not looking for chemical/laboratory grade then either an auto shop as that is battery acid or, if purity isn't important, then the cleaning product Vixol can be 32% sulfuric acid and found in most markets.

The easiset way is to buy battery acid - if you need it stronger, it can be gently boiled (beware of the fumes - especially twoards the end) - water will boil off first making it stronger the longer you boil it.

//Edit: Forgot to say - thick white steam/fumes will be given off as it nears 90% - can also use strong drain clkeaner which is about 90+% H2SO4 (Battery acid is around 35%) //

If he needs something stronger than battery acid, he could always use some somtum. Commonly available everywhere in Thailand!

i checked toilet cleanery vixol and contains 10% of hydrochloric acid.. what ever it is it seems acidic!!!
