U.S. to implement new terrorism advisory system

2011-01-28 04:42:18 GMT+7 (ICT)

WASHINGTON D.C. (BNO NEWS) -- Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Janet Napolitano on Thursday announced that the U.S. will implement a new terrorism advisory system.

The National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS) will replace the color-coded alerts of the Homeland Security Advisory System (HSAS). The change was decided in order to more effectively communicate information about terrorist threats.

"Security is a shared responsibility, and we must work together to keep our nation safe from threats," said Secretary Napolitano.

The NTAS will provide timely, detailed information to the public, government agencies, first responders, airports and other transportation hubs, and the private sector in regards to terrorist threats.

The HSAS color-coded alerts will remain in place for a 90-day period as federal, state, local, tribal, community and private sector partners transition to the new system.

"This new system is built on a clear and simple premise: when a credible threat develops that could impact the public, we will tell you and provide whatever information we can so that you know how to keep yourselves, your families and your communities safe." the DHS head added.

Under the new system, DHS will coordinate with other federal agencies to issue formal, detailed alerts when information is received about a specific or credible terrorist threat. The alerts will be based on the nature of the threat.

The alerts will include a clear statement that there is an "imminent threat" or "elevated threat." They will also provide a concise summary of the potential threat as well as recommended steps to follow.

The NTAS alerts will be distributed directly to law enforcement and agencies. Furthermore alerts will be issued to the American people through both official and media channels.

The control freaks are moving in , the warnings worry the people and as a result the people become, " SHEEPLE.'' Totally subservient to the capricious whims of the manipulating security services and the arm manufacturers.

America has been over the years the greatest sponsor of terrorism , one only needs to look at the track record of America in the 1950s in this particular region.

Covert operations have been carried out around the world , Iran, 1954 a government was removed and the Shah was installed at American behest, that bit America in the bum though.

Osama Bin Laden trained financed and supported by America as were the Taliban, great dividend as a result of that investment was it not.

Interference in the domestic affairs of other countries , the tacit support for the I.R.A. in Northern Ireland, Haiti, wonderful job there America.Bay of pigs, what a monumental balls up that was. The list is endless

Sorry.

Sad to say, 'America is the worlds biggest terrorist.''

America should actually be warning its citizens about the American administration and its military terrorism and its financial terrorism internally.

Bankers and industry are enslaving Americans and the government stands idly by. Hardly surprising really as we are all well aware that the banker thieves and the armaments industry both finance and control the politicians from President Obama down.

The average American needs, to nay must wake up to the creeping takeover and erosion of their liberties.

More things in politics happen by accident or exhaustion than happen by conspiracy.
